Temporary works, temporary power and scaffold. It is so important to get these schedules right first time and they can easily eat into a projects profit if flawed. We have all the necessary experience, contacts and training to deliver accurate schedules and give cost certainty. 

This is an aerial image of the Old Magistrates Court, consisting of four courtrooms, a jail and administrative quarters.  It is located off Silver Street in Central Bristol. I programmed, scheduled, phased, presented, design managed, phased and am helping deliver this extraordinary building. It is a traditional build with contractor's design. I led the design management delivering to site the key packages. It is not quite there yet but it will be a major milestone. Although JCT and traditional the project has been micro managed in a NIC manner. It has been a thoroughly collaborative approach of the highest order.
